New Project #2

Started with a plain, long-sleeved shirt....

Here is my new shirt-minus the lowest layer of ruffle.

I used the lower ruffle to make cuffs with elastic.

Here is the shirt with one cuff added.

The cuff is removable.  It creates a connection between the two shirts.
